Our services provide users different methods and techniques to route the emails into Inbox. A part from anonymous DKIM setup, one of the most important methods is so-called Sender Policy Framework(SPF, learn more about SPF here). SPF is an email authentication method designed to detect forging sender addresses during the delivery of the email. In order to configure SPF, you have to configure a DNS TXT record for your domain name.
Host: @
Type: TXT
Value: v=spf1 include:spf.5ymail.com ~all
Bellow example is the DNS TXT configuration on Godaddy
Please DO NOT hesitate to contact us when you have any difficulty in DNS configuration. Thank you so much for your support!
